shipping

when will you ship my order?

all orders are currently pre-orders. Dispatch will begin from 20th April 2026. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

how long is shipping?

UK: 1–3 working days

EU: 5–10 working days

Africa & Asia: 7–14 working days

Delivery times begin after dispatch, not from the date you place your order.

will i recieve a tracking?

yes, all orders include a tracking number. You will receive this via email once your order has been shipped.

do you ship internationally?

yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

orders

can I cancel my order?

orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this, your order will already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.

can I change my order after placing it?

unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes. Please double-check your order details before checking out.

I entered the wrong address - what should I do?

Please contact us immediately at info@melaninbeautyhub.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update it.

how many packs do I need?

this depends on your desired style and fullness. We recommend:

  • 2–3 packs for a natural look
  • 3–4 packs for a fuller look
are your blends suitable for all skin tones?

yes - all blends are specifically curated with melanin-rich undertones in mind, designed to complement a range of complexions.

can I customise my blend?

at the moment, we offer pre-curated blends. Custom blends may be introduced in the future.

returns

do you accept returns?

due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair products once they have been opened or used.

what if my item is faulty or incorrect?

if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@melaninbeautyhub.com with your order number and photos.

pre-orders

why is my order taking longer than usual?

we occasionally release certain blends in limited batches or on pre-order to maintain quality and demand. During these periods, processing times may be slightly longer than usual. Any extended dispatch times will always be clearly stated on the product page.

will I be updated?

yes - you’ll receive email updates throughout the process, including confirmation once your order has been dispatched along with tracking details.
